Terms of use

Paperless Contacts Import is a private application operated by Alex Usov for his authorized personal and work accounts. It is not a public document-processing service.

Use it only with mailboxes and documents you are authorized to access. Google authorization grants read access to the consenting mailbox and saved Contacts. Adding a sender to the scan contact label allows eligible future attachments from that sender to be considered for import; removing the sender ends eligibility after the importer refreshes its membership snapshot.

The app does not send, edit or delete Gmail messages or modify Contacts. It stores verified successful imports in the private Paperless archive. Unsupported or failed items remain available in the source mailbox for the owner to review.

You can revoke Google access through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Previously imported copies remain in the private archive until the operator removes them. See the privacy policy for data access, storage and controls.
